Im trying to get back into a routine but its not happening as fast as i would like to......my body says thats it needs to sleep during the day and not during the night......having a hard time adjusting back a whole day...right now my body thinks that it is about 4 am Weds morning instead of 3pm tuesday afternoon....i hope to get adjusted soon.....
i think i will give into the temptation of sleep....
